Built for the Music. Fueled by Community.
Revolutions is more than a music project.
It’s a space, and a growing global community, where people come together to vibe, connect, and make friends through a shared love of music.
Founded by DJ, radio host and promoter Rob Coley, Revolutions brings soulful underground sounds to people who believe in music’s power to uplift, move, and unite.
From East London basements to online streams, everything we do is rooted in a love for deep, soulful music and the connections it creates.
Revolutions is home to a network of intertwined projects, events and collaborations. Whether it’s the joyful daytime dances of Happy Music, the forward-thinking grooves of Lost in the Rhythm, or the global reach of Saturday Night Experience, our mission stays the same: to create spaces, both online and in real life, where music can continue to inspire.
Led by Rob, and supported by a worldwide family of selectors, dancers, listeners and collaborators, Revolutions is the product of three decades spent immersed in a melting pot of styles – from broken beat and boogie to late-night jazz, soulful house and classic disco.
We don’t follow trends.
We celebrate music made with feeling – past, present and future – and keep that spirit alive through curation, collaboration and community-building.

Rob’s Musical Journey
Rob Coley has spent the last 30 years quietly building bridges through music. Based in East London and connected to scenes around the world, he’s a DJ, radio host, promoter, label founder and lifelong collector with a deep love for soulful, underground sound.
His sets blend deep house, disco, Afro-Latin rhythms, broken beat, timeless jazz and dusty soul, always with the same intention: to bring people together on the dancefloor and beyond.
After learning his craft in the East Midlands club scene, Rob moved to London in 2001 and launched Soul-Identity Music, one of the UK’s early 24-hour online radio stations and curated digital record stores. His early events brought legends like Greg Wilson, DJ Format and Domu to intimate London dancefloors, while he forged connections in online music forums long before they became mainstream.
Over the years, Rob has helped shape some of London’s most vital grassroots spaces. He programmed The Jazz Meet, where young jazz musicians played before reaching international recognition, and founded Lost in the Rhythm, a monthly radio show, events platform and now a fully-fledged record label dedicated to fresh, soulful sounds.
Today, Rob continues to champion music with depth and feeling. Whether playing vinyl at record fairs, hosting streams on Twitch and YouTube, or working with global collectives like Saturday Night Experience and Feels Like Friday, his mission remains the same.
To share music that moves mind, body and soul.
